When moving folder by DnD the first time, destination folder does not expand

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Assets pane.
2. Create a new folder, F1, under For All Sites.
3. Move F1 by DnD to destination folder at the same level, for example, Alloy Meet.

Expected:
Move is successful and the destination (Alloy Meet) folder is expanded.

Actual:
The destination folder is collapsed. It happens only the first time when moving a folder to a destination.
