Content version is duplicated in displaying in multi-lang site

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with user A.
2. Select English language.
3. Create a page P with multiple versions in English which are ready for review.
4. Change the site language to Svenska.
5. Translate the page P to Svenska then send it for review.
6. Go to the Tasks tab to filter Awaiting Review content in Svenska.

Expected:
Display one correct version content of page P in Svenska

Actual:
Display duplicate content versions of page P.
