Description

  1. Configure site to run as an IIS application under a site (should get a site url like: http://site/application/).
  2. Edit an xhmtl string on a page.
  3. Add a link to another page, save, and publish.
  4. Go to view mode and click the link.

Expected: You go to the linked page.
Actual: A 404 response with a url that ends a guid based link (a somewhat permanent link format)
