Content is added to project after select Withdraw and edit option of a ready to publish version

Description

Step to reproduce:

1. Existing content A has an approval sequence definition and content does not belong to any project
2. Select an active project in project bar
3. Set Content A to "Ready to Review"
4. Approve Content A so it's "Ready to Publish" (does not belong to the active project)
5. Open option menu and click on "Withdraw and edit" option

Expected result: Content is in draft status and does not belong to the project
Actual: Content is in draft status and is part of current project
