A IServerStateService has not been registered

Description

Error message: A IServerStateService have not been registered

Cause: The IServerStateService was registered late and could cause an exception in the license validation. This random phenomenon only appears after the CMS has completed initializing and when the initialization process takes a long time to complete (for example, due to an add-on).

The error message disappears automatically and does not come back until an application restart.
