Cannot save condition of Visitor group type Geographic Location in IE

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new visitor group under Time and Place Criteria, type = Geographic Location.
2. Select Continent, Country, Region, and enter a name for the Visitor group
3. Save.
4. Open the newly created visitor group in IE.

Expected:
Correct input values remain

Actual:
Content is correct, but Country and Region are changed to "Any"

Note: This issue does not happen on Chrome or Firefox
