Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable an approval sequence.
  2. Edit the alloy meet page in Forms Editing.
  3. Change the teaser image to something else, like AlloyPlan.png.
  4. Click ready for review.

Expected:
The content's status changes to "Ready for review" with no errors.

Actual:
Error appears: Content is locked by '' with lock identifier 'contentapproval'.

Note: It's working on OPE
