Description

If I view something in the CMS in an Arabic language, the display changes to right-to-left. Then, if you switch the language back to "en," the CMS remains in right-to-left display mode.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to edit mode > user settings.
  2. Change user display language to "ar-sa".
  3. Restart the site.
  4. Go to edit mode again, and it is right-to-left.
  5. Change the user display language to English.
  6. Go to edit mode again.
  7. It is still right-to-left.
  8. Restart the site.
  9. The view is left-to-right.
