'You' not highlighted in "Requested by You" notification message

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set User1 as a reviewer in the Approval Sequence settings for a content item (Page1).
2. User1 sends Page1 for review.
3. User1 views the UI notification of content changes.

Expected:
In notification message "Requested by You," 'You' is bold & blue.

Actual:
Notification message shows "Requested by You" but 'You' is in normal font and black color.
Notes: No such issue when reviewer is not the sender or in the old UI styling.
