Client side user email validation rejects # symbol in email addresses

Description

Episerver previously threw a "invalid e-mail address" error when adding email address with a pound sign (#). Now this is fixed.

Diacritic characters (for example, ä é ñ ü) also caused validation to fail. Now partners who implement the solution for a customer can create an initialization module that adds the ability to use diacritic characters.
