"can not move this item" appears, but item is removed from property and page is changed

Description

Step to reproduce:

1. View a standard page in all properties mode.
2. Try to add some images or blocks to a 'Large content Area' field.
3. Publish the page.
4. View the page again in All properties mode.
5. Open the Media gadget.
6. Select 'Large content Area' field.
7. Select an image in the property: try to drag and drop it to a folder in the Media gadget.
8. You see a dialog with the message: "You cannot move this item".

Expected:
When the user cannot Dnd content from property to the folder, the image should stay in the property, and the page isn't changed.

Actual:

• The selected image is lost from the property and also doesn't exist in the folder.
• The page was changed.
