Published content is not shown when creating with replacement language

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the Swedish language (Svenska) for the Start page.
2. Open language settings.
3. Set English as replacement language for Svenska.
4. Switch the site language to Svenska.
5. Create a new page under the Start page and publish.

Expected: New page was displayed in the page tree.
Actual: New page was not displayed. You could only see it after switching the language to English.
