Show all comments for a content item

Description

Background
In the review process, conversation is an important issue. Previously, comments were only seen in notifications or if the content was part of a project. This feature provides a new overview of the conversations and approval process for each content item.

The display of comments and a history of the approval sequence as a discussion for each item are available as a pane beside the content. The pane shows all activities and comments for the current content version.

The visibility and width of the comments panel is persisted for each user locally per browser. Also, edit and compare maintain separate settings, since the width is probably different in those scenarios, and some users may want more granularity in the settings.

Limitations:

• The comments pane only show activities and comments for the current version.
• Limit when the comments are available to edit view; for example, on-page edit view, all properties view, preview, and compare view.
• Comments on content items do not update automatically. To see new comments from other users, the list needs to be manually refreshed, either by switching content item or closing and opening the comments pane.
• Only tagged users get notifications in the user interface. (Email notifications are only sent for Projects and Content Approvals.)
