Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a link (Link1) in Page1's XHTML String property that points to Page2.
  2. Publish both items.
  3. Delete Page2 permanently.
  4. Enable Preview mode
  5. Click Link1 in Page1 > Show error 404 (correct).
  6. Disable Preview mode.

Expected: Show Page1 in OPE mode.
Actual: 404 error and can't switch Page1 to OPE mode.

Notes: When All Properties toggle button is clicked, it stays in All Properties mode. When clicked again, it keeps showing All Properties button as running.
