Multiple sites: cache not validated when updating contenttype

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up multiple sites (Site A and B).
2. Go to CMS -> Admin -> Content Type (Site A).
3. Under the Page Type heading, click a page type, then one of the properties.
4. Change something on the Edit Property panel. For example, check/uncheck the “Display in edit view” field, which is Boolean.
5. Check the same setting on Site B. Note that the change is not reflected, even if you reload the page.

Expected:
The change should be synced between sites.

Actual:
The change is not reflected in the second site.
