Large file in Azure looks corrupt in Image Editor

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload a large file (for example, a 15MB image).
2. In the assets pane, click the right side of the file so the menu opens up.
3. Click Open in Image Editor.

Expected:
Should see the full file.

Actual:
File looks like it's corrupted halfway through.

Note:
It works fine in a non-Azure environment.
