PageShortCut: external url changed if subdomain used

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up an Alloy site in IIS with the domain name (ex: *http://hel.lo*).
2. Go to edit mode, choose a page (ex: About us) then edit it
3. Go to the Settings tab then click on Shortcut link (manage).
4. Shortcut type: "Shortcut to page on another website"
Open in: "Open the link in a new windows"
External link: http://test.hel.lo/test
5. Save and publish the page.
6. In the global menu, click the "To view mode" button.
7. Observe the link at the bottom left.

Expected: The original URL of external link should be shown.

Actual: The "test" subdomain was removed.

Note: Clicking the link should go to that URL.
