Description

Preconditions: The EPiServer Forms 4.1.0 is installed in the CMS Core 10.1.0 and UI 10.1.1

Step to reproduce:
1. Open the Form Elements gadget in edit mode.

Expected: There is a line between form elements.
Actual: There is no line.

Note: No such issue with CMS UI 10.0.2
