Visitor data items missing translation

Description

Precondition: Change Personal Language to another language (Swedish, for example). (My settings> Display Options> Personal Language).

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a form.
2. Add an element, Hidden visitor group (Gömd besökarprofilering).
3. Open the element.
4. Under the Settings tab, open the combobox.

Expected: Swedish text appears.
Actual: English text appears.
