Graph displayed in a special case

Form1 has 3 submissions at:

2018-06-05, 04:01:34 PM

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Form1's submission area.
2. In the To date box, choose "6/5/2018, 12:00 AM" then click the Search button.
3. The search result is no data (correct), but a graph is displayed (incorrect).

If the To date is "6/4/2018, 12:00 AM", the result is still no data, but the graph is not displayed (correct).
