Steps to reproduce

TRIAGE NOTE: CMS UI breaking change? Pls report to CMS team if we use public JS API, and they change it.

  1. Install CMS site (CMS.Core 8.11, CMS.UI 8.6.1)
  2. Install Language Manager
  3. Add Languages gadget
  4. Enable/Disable language
