Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an order which has a nonzero amount in the HandlingTotal field (might have to be done thorugh code).
  2. Open the order in Commerce Manager

Expected: Order details include Handling Total.

Actual: Handling Total is not displayed, but the amount is included in the Order Total (i.e. the numbers displayed don't add up, see attachment).
