Steps to reproduce
In EPiServer CMS 8.11.0, TinyMCE editor does not save the attribute language.

Steps to reproduce
- Create a sample Alloy site and upgrade to the specified product version.
- Enable two buttons: "Insert/Edit Attributes" & "Edit HTML Source" in TinyMCE toolbar.
- Edit a Xhtml string field (for example Alloy Plan -> MainBody).
- Select a block of text and click on "Insert/Edit Attributes", set value for Title, Id, Language, and Tab Index, then click on Insert button.
- Inspect the HTML source with "Edit HTML Source" button
Expected: All attributes are saved correctly.
Actual: Language and Tab Index attributes are not saved.
Note that the Language attribute can be saved in EPiServer CMS 7.5.394.2, but not in version 8.11.0
