Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any page which contain XHTML properties in IE 11 (Eg. Standard page)
  2. In edit mode: click Toggle Full Screen Mode to enter full screen
  3. Try to use mouse in this mode
Expected: 
Mouse can be used normally

Actual:

Mouse clicks do not work, users can not use mouse to choose anything in the toolbar in this mode. Users have to refresh site to back to normal mode if they wish to use mouse.


Note: In FF 39&Chrome 43, mouse clicks work well.
