Steps to reproduce

  1. Add enough categories to make the categories list in edit ui longer than the browser view port (scale the window)
  2. Open all properties mode an click on category selector


Expected: Scrollbar is shown.
Actual: Scrollbar is not shown. It's possible to scroll down with the mouse Wheel.
