Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to edit mode, select a standard page to edit
  2. Switch to All Properties Mode and select the content tab
  3. On large content area, click "Create a new block" link
  4. Create a new block (or click Cancel on create block screen)
Expected: Create block screen is closed, return to form editing mode on Content tab

Actual: Create block screen is closed, return to form editing mode but redirected automatically to SEO tab
