TinyMce:Cellpadding in a table is not saved

Steps to reproduce

This is tested in CMS 7.13.3

If you add cellpadding to a table, it does not trigger autosave event. On publishing the page, the cellpadding value is lost. In CMS 7, it was possible to change, update cellpadding and it did trigger autosave as well. Value is gone no matter if you add a new table or update an existing one.

Steps to reproduce:

-Add a table and put some value for cellpadding.

-Publish the page.

-Now check table properties again, Cellpadding value is vanished.
