Steps to reproduce
Bug happen with all Browser (FF, IE, Chrome
step: - Go to Edit mode > Open toggle Navigation Pane (left pane) > Pin it
- Open Setting > Add gadget > Add project gadget
- Create new project
Observed: The refresh project button is always "fall down" with default width of left pane
