It should takes the shipping address and Shipping method from "Pick a Fullfillment Option"

Steps to reproduce

Description: When user select Pick a Fullfillment Option, it does not automatically get address and shipping method of the chosen warehouse

* Precondition: SKU exists in 2 warehouses, One is fullfillment and one is Pickup location

* Steps:

1. Go to commerce manager, create a new order -> Add item and choose the Pick a Fullfillment Option = Pickup location

*  Observe that: The Shipping address does not get from pickup location address and Shipping method does not get = Pickup location

2. Fill Billing address/Shipping address -> Click OK

3. Re-open the Order again

* Observed: It takes Fullfillment warehouse other than selected one

* Expected result: It should takes the shipping address and Shipping method from "Pick a Fullfillment Option"
