Steps to reproduce
1. Having a 7.5 Alloy site
2. Create a LinkCollection property and then add this link
http://blankettportalen.siriusit.se/formretriever/formRetriever?formUri=formportal/23435&formName=p819125k1&formId=56954&customerName=012118100&customerId=7924&packetName=Avloppsanl%E4ggning&packetId=14674
3. Invalid link message appears on the screen and it works fine if I remove %E4
Note: In Episerver 7.1 the link above is valid, and if customer upgrades to 7.5, Edit mode hangs.
