1. Disable role provider in web.config: <roleManager enabled="false"
2. Go to CMS->Admin->Administer Groups*
*) When you disable the role manager you loose access to admin mode unless you provide an alternative way for roles, to reproduce this bug just
<allow roles="Everyone" /> under location "EPiServer" and "EPiServer/CMS/Admin" in web.config.
EXPECTED: Message "There is no Role Provider configured and/or enabled in Web.config!"
ACTUAL: Server Error in '/' Application.
