Ascii /special characters in category names are not correctly displayed in the category box in All Properties view

Steps to reproduce

1. In Admin > Config > Edit Categories, create a new category where the Display Name parameter contains a special character: for example "Möte".

2. Create a new page from Edit View. 

3. In All Properties view for the page, go to the Content tab and select the category created in step 1.

3. In the category selector window the category name looks fine, but when I have selected it and look at the "categories box" in all properties mode the "ö" displays as "ö". also see attached image for the result I get.

4. Note that I don't seem to get this in Alloy but I get it in my local site that I created from the "New Project" template in Visual Studio. I also installed the latest update via NuGet and am running version 7.6.2.0.
