Ascii characters are not handled in the admin UI > Export data

Steps to reproduce

Tested i version 7.6.2.0 of the UI. See attached image for how the bug looks in the UI.

1. In the edit tree, create a page with the name "News & Events".

2. Go to Admin > Tools > Export Data

3. Check "Export content items" and click on the button to open the page selector dialog window.

4. In the page selector dialog window, select the "News & Events" page in the tree and click the Select button.

5. The dialog window closes and on the Export Data page the selected page is now displayed in the field, but instead of the "&" character it shows "\u0026".
