Steps to reproduce
I tried to add uIDefaultValueForSetChangedOnPublish="True" into <ApplicationSettings> in episerver.config. This results in a new default behaviour
where "Mark page as changed" is checked when I try to edit a page. So far so good. But when I publish the changes, I see that the PageData.Changed property hasn't
been updated as expected.
The PageData.Changed property is only updated when I uncheck and check the "Mark page as changed" checkbox in edit mode,and then publish the page.
