onChange event is not triggered for UrlSelector widget when dragging a link to it or deleting an existing link by clicking on the (x)

Steps to reproduce

Triage Note: This is an API issue. The actual editor functions correctly but it seems to be doing some trickery in order to do so, as it doesn't call the onChange callback in the below cases.

When adding, changing or deleting a link through the link dialog, the onChange event is fired. When dragging an item to the editor or deleting an existing value by clicking on the (x) the event is not triggered. Might be a bigger problem than just this editor widget.
