  Create compatible version of Content Manager

This version of Content Manager Labs is compatible with Block Enhancements Labs version 0.10.0, which in turn is compatible with CMS UI 11.32.0. This CMS UI version contains inline edit functionality which was moved from the Block Enhancements Labs.
