The Episerver Digital Experience Cloud Service (DXC Service) provides convenient support for managing websites in the cloud, and at the same time lets you have control over for example deployments and service usage. Here we introduce the self-service features available for DXC Service.
How it works
When onboarding DXC Service, Episerver will provision the environments included in your order, and provide your technical contact with the information and credentials needed to access information and deploy.
You need an Episerver cloud account to access the self-service capabilities in DXC Service, see Creating an Episerver cloud account.
Self-service features provides access to the following:
- DXC Service Management Portal for deployment.
- DXC Service Dashboard for usage information.
- Azure portal for environment-related information.
