As we continue to expand in the US, I have been looking for new office space to accommodate our growth. In doing so, I am reminded that people are our most important asset. While creating a collaborative and productive atmosphere helps to foster positive energy, it is people who get the job done. Talented people who bring pride and passion to their everyday actions pave the way to success. Our products are only as good as the people behind them who pour their energy into ensuring the solutions optimally address real needs and are of the highest quality. Our support policies are as effective as the people who take pride in supporting not simply the software, but the people using it. So too it is people that buy our software, not organizations. People buy from people they like, who bring integrity to the process. The same people who appreciate it when we stand together with them to resolve issues to the best of our abilities, sharing in the struggles as well as the rewards. As we head into a new year, I would therefore like to thank all of the people: EPiServer employees, partners, and customers who make me eager to come to work every day. Thank you. Let me also wish all a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. I look forward to working together with you in 2010.
