Mark page as changed

After upgrading from 4.51 to 4.61 the checkbox 'Mark page as changed' is not visible when creating a new page. Why?

Hi

The reason "Mark page as changed" isnt' visible when a page is beeing created is because it doesn't serve a function when creating a page. A new page is always changed. Hence we decided to remove it in that scenario.
