Steps to reproduce

1. Create a form with some elements.
2. Open its Form Submission view.
3. Select an element from the "All columns" drop-down list.

Expected:
The dropdown list should be fixed size.

Actual:
The dropdown list is resized and moves subsequent fields to the right.
