Compare - All properties mode

Description

The compare view has been upgraded to include a properties compare mode. The compare button has been modified so that an editor is able to chose between "on-page" or "all properties" views.

When in the compare all properties mode, the two different versions will be shown much like the regular properties view but with the different versions next to each other, the left of which can be edited if viewing a draft version. There is some additional visual information to help the editor easily find the differences on the tabs themselves, as well as on the tab views through highlights.
