Product in Cart or Wish List Visitor Group not working

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create visitor group using "Product in Cart or Wish List Visitor Group" criteria.
2. Set "Product from a specified category" to "Fashion/Mens" for instance.
3. Personalize some content on the start page, like the text "Great deals!" for instance.
4. Add some items to the cart from the Men's category.

Expected:
Should show the text "Great deals!"

Actual:
Visitor group criteria is not triggered.
