Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a multi-step form: Form1: FromStep1, Element1, FormStep2, Submit.
2. Add the form to page then publish all.
3. Open the page in View mode.
4. Enter data on step1 then go to the next step : Submitted time = 10 AM on 13-Apr-2018 (for example).
5. Change the server time to 11 AM on 13-May-2018 (the date is 30 days + 1 hour).
6. Run Schedule.

Expected: Form1's submission data should be deleted.

Actual: Form1's submission data is not deleted.

It seems that this agent deletes partial form submissions that are 31 days or older
