  FileLoadException occurs when launching site with EPiServer.MarketingAutomationIntegration.MSDynamics package installed

When a site is launched after installing the MSDynamics connector, it throws an exception
"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)"

  MAI Connectors: Crytographic error if site deployed to server with different machine key.
