Order search: Cannot search by customer/email for class type "Shopping cart" for serialized carts

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. In Commerce Manager of Quicksilver site, go to Order management.
2. Select Order Search.
3. Select Class Type "Shopping cart".
4. For a customer who has a cart, input the customer/email (e.g., Cruz Graham).
5. Click the "Search" button.

Expected:
Search results show that customer's carts.

Actual:
Nothing changes.
Note: There was no such problem with Class type "Purchase order" or "Payment Plan".
