Floating editor - Dialog contains form is not closed by clicking outside

Steps to reproduce

1. On Alloy site, go to admin mode, add Form block as a property of the standard page
2. Go to edit mode, on OPE, click to the property to open floating editor
3. Enter Heading, click Browse button to select xform
4. Select any form and close form seletor dialog to return floating dialog
5. Click outside the editor to close the dialog
   

Expected: Form dialog is closed
Actual: Can not close the dialog by clicking outside
