CSRUI: Faulty output when created address contains a blank and it cannot be deleted

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any cart under Order Management.
2. Edit Customer Information\ Address Book.
3. Create a new address.
4. Address name = "default address " (has blank space).
5. Enter a valid value for all fields then click Save.
6. Open the Address Book again >> the address in step 3 appears.
7. Try to delete the address.

Expected:
New address is created without error.

Observed:
Request failed with status code 404.
