Shortcut to document that automatically downloads crashes edit mode

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new page of any available page type and publish it.
2. Upload a file to the media library with a type that downloads (e.g., doc, docx, xls, xlsx etc).
3. Copy the public URL of the document.
3. Set the page shortcut to a shortcut to a page on another website and paste the URL to the document.
4. Publish the page.
5. Load "All properties" mode.

Expected: UI should load normally.
Actual: UI hangs when trying to view all properties mode.
