Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new page then add it to a project
  2. From project gadget, mark it as 'Ready to publish'
  3. On main panel, page status is not updated, try to 'Schedule for publish'
Observed: Received the red "Offline, can not save" with 409 error on console. After which edit mode stops working and the user can not select another page to edit.
