Steps to reproduce
Run the Alloy MVC templates with the following package versions:
<package id="EPiServer.CMS.Core" version="7.14.0" targetFramework="net451" />
<package id="EPiServer.CMS.UI" version="7.16.0" targetFramework="net451" />
<package id="EPiServer.CMS.UI.Core" version="7.16.0" targetFramework="net451" />
<package id="EPiServer.Framework" version="7.14.0" targetFramework="net451" />
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user with editing permissions, but no publishing permissions (Read, Create, Change, Delete) on the Root or Start level of the page tree.
2. Run a workflow, for example "Sequential Approval" by making a small edit to a page and submitting as "Ready to Publish".
3. With an admin user, go to Admin > Tools > Workflows.
4. Edit the "Sequential Approval" and click the "View" button of a running workflow instance, the popup shows an error.
5. A new window pops up with an error screen.
